Job Title: CNC Machinist I / II
Location: 633 Giguere Ct, San Jose, CA 95133
Department: Production
Reports to: Production Manager
Job Type: Full-Time
Company Overview
Halcyon Manufacturing is a modern contract manufacturing company specializing in high-precision CNC machining for industries including Semiconductor, Medical, Aerospace, and Defense. We operate in a fast-paced prototype environment where technical capability, quality, and teamwork are critical. Our facility is clean, well-organized, and equipped with advanced CNC equipment supporting complex, high-mix, low-volume manufacturing.
Job Summary
Halcyon Manufacturing is seeking a CNC Machinist I / II to join our growing production team. This position is ideal for an individual with previous CNC machining experience who is looking to continue developing their technical skills in a prototype environment.
We are willing to train the right candidate, but this is not an entry-level position. Applicants must already have a foundation in CNC machining and understand basic machining principles. Our goal is to build upon existing experience—not provide ground-up machinist training.
We place as much value on attitude as experience. We are looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, coachable, and genuinely motivated to improve every day.
