This person is the main point of contact for the restaurant as it pertains to payroll, finance, and business management. Typically, this role is focused on ensuring the efficiency of the restaurant by analyzing current data, improving processes, and directing the team to meet the goals of the operator.

Functional Responsibilities
- Set operating goals and objectives
- Assess staffing requirements and work with HR as needed
- Effectively Coach and give direction to Leaders and staff
- Focus on systematically and effectively communicating all goals and success factors to Team Members
- Works with SME Directors to analyze guest flow for Dine-In, Carry-Out, Drive-Thru, and Mobile Orders to develop strategies for improvement and/or growth
- Assesses and adopts new technologies
- Ensures that every operation is consistent with the image and culture of Chick-fil-A. Everything must promote the mission and purpose.
- Can speak on behalf of the operator to the Support Center, to the community, and to our vendor partners
- Monitors Hiring, training, development, assessment, and recognition within the restaurant.
- Manages disciplinary processes
- Recommends raises, bonuses and/or any other incentives
- Plan meetings with Directors

- schedule food and beverage deliveries (logistics)
- check quality of deliveries and documentation (logistics)
- ensure correct storage of supplies (logistics/SME’s)
- arrange for maintenance and repairs of equipment and services (logistics/SME’s)
- identify and evaluate competitors
- keep current with trends in the restaurant industry
- Schedule Weekly Team Lead/Supervisor meetings to allow room for proper communication, directives, expectations and comprehension
