As a Salad Bar Clerk at Holiday Market, you’ll create fresh, customized salads for guests while maintaining a clean, organized station. Your day will involve preparing ingredients, assembling orders, and ensuring every salad looks and tastes great.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and timely manner.
- Prepare, portion, and assemble salads, selecting greens, toppings, and dressings as requested.
- Keep the salad bar area tidy, fully stocked, and visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock produce, dressings, and other supplies as needed.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Operate salad‑bar equipment safely and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Prior experience in a food‑service or produce setting preferred but not required.
- Attention to detail, especially when portioning and presenting salads.
- A friendly, approachable attitude.
- Weekends and holidays are mandatory as they are Holiday Market's busiest times.
