Compensation & Growth:

Washing Techs typically earn $20–$24 per hour minimum

Residential & commercial window cleaning
Each morning, you’ll meet with the Project Manager, review your task list, and then head out with your crew. Work is weather-dependent, so schedules may shift on rainy days.

Schedule:

Flexible schedule required

Most work is Monday–Friday during business hours

2-week paid training to learn the fundamentals of the role
