PPF Installers will be responsible for the preparation, installation, and removal of paint protection film in a manner that demonstrates; “Everything is Important.”
Essential Functions :
- Prep vehicles to remove dirt and contaminants safely before every installation
- Prepare protective film for application including software pattern design, computer plotting, weeding, and organizing materials
- Disassemble certain emblems, trim pieces, lights, etc. with a gentle touch
- Install film with efficient workflow and extreme attention to detail
- Quality control on every vehicle to ensure best possible workmanship
- Final wipe down to leave vehicle cleaner then it came in
- Performs removal of protective film as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned
Preferred Education/ Experience/ Skills and/or Attributes :
- 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Knowledge of Tint, PPF, Vinyl and/or Detailing is a plus
- Perfectionist mindset, very high attention to detail, and a passion for cars
- Comfortable using ladders, heat guns, precision knife, and squeegee
- Team oriented, with ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management with an ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects and timelines to meet deadlines
Compensation:
The starting pay range for this position is between $25.00hr - % of gross ticket sales. Actual compensation will be determined by skills, experience, and relevant education/ training.
