The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of mixology, an extensive knowledge of wines and spirits, and the ability to recommend pairings or customize drinks on the fly.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including complex cocktails, wine, and spirits.
- Interact with guests, take orders, assess customers' needs and preferences, and make informed recommendations.
- Maintain a deep and up-to-date knowledge of our drink menu, standard cocktail recipes, and broad spirit profiles.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
- Adhere to all local food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, managing transactions accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven working experience as a Bartender.
- Strong mixology skills with the ability to create a wide variety of standard and custom cocktails.
- Broad, confident knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and flavor profiles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay organized and calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant local certifications for responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe, or state-specific equivalents).
Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour
