Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hard-working Fiberglass Pool Laborer to assist with the installation and construction of inground fiberglass swimming pools. This position supports the installation crew with excavation prep, material handling, pool setting, plumbing assistance, backfilling, and site cleanup. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, can handle physically demanding tasks, and works well as part of a fast-paced team. Construction or pool industry experience is helpful but not required — we are willing to train motivated individuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with fiberglass pool deliveries and set placements
- Support excavation and site preparation work
- Help with plumbing, backfilling, and base material placement
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely
- Move and stage materials and equipment on job sites
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow safety procedures and crew leader instructions
- Assist with concrete prep, grading, and finishing support as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift 50–80 lbs regularly
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to follow directions and work on a team
- Construction or landscape experience is a plus
- Equipment operation experience is a plus (skid steer, mini excavator, etc.)
Work Environment
- Outdoor construction sites
- Physically active role involving lifting, digging, and tool use
- Full-time seasonal or year-round depending on company workload
Experience
Previous experience in construction, excavation, landscaping, concrete work, pool installation, or similar outdoor labor roles is preferred but not required. Candidates with hands-on experience using construction tools, assisting with site preparation, installing underground utilities, or working around heavy equipment are strongly encouraged to apply. Experience working on fast-paced job sites and following crew lead instructions is valuable. We are willing to train motivated individuals with strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 70 per week
