This position is for The UPS Store retail location and is not a UPS driver or warehouse position.
We're looking for a dependable, customer-focused full-time associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is friendly, motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment. The preferred availability would be Monday-Friday 11:30am-6:30pm or something similar.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with shipping, packing, printing, and other store services
- Pack and process shipments accurately
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle transactions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store
- Provide outstanding customer service with a positive attitude
Qualifications:
- Reliable
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Able to multitask and work independently eventually
- Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
