We are seeking a detail-oriented Measurement Technician to join our Quality team. In this role, you will perform precision measurements and testing on components and finished products to ensure they meet engineering specifications and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Perform dimensional inspections using precision measuring equipment.
- Operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), vision measuring systems, and other inspection equipment.
- Conduct surface roughness and cleanliness testing.
- Record and analyze measurement data while maintaining accurate documentation.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Metrology, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of quality systems, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and measurement techniques.
- Experience with CMMs or other precision measuring equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
