The Athletics Video Producer will:
- Assist in the production of University of Miami sporting events on the ESPN family of networks
- Ability to setup and strike of broadcast equipment without supervision
- Assist with equipment upkeep and maintenance
- Attention to detail; strong organizational and planning skills
- Be knowledgeable of and ensure compliance with departmental, University, conference and NCAA procedures, rules and regulations
- Work evenings and weekends as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in live sport production as either a student or full-time employee
- Ability to lift 45 lbs. overhead.
- Working knowledge of current industry standard audio/video equipment.
PREFERED SKILLS:
- Experience using EVS LSM instant replay equipment or similar product
- Experience using Ross XPressions or similar equipment
- Proficiency using non-linear editing system (Premiere Pro, AVID, etc.)
