What You’ll Do
- Consult with individuals and families on health insurance solutions
- Present life, disability, dental, and vision insurance options
- Manage your calendar and conduct scheduled client appointments
- Build long-term client relationships and a renewable book of business
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Compensation & Benefits
- $75,000–$150,000+ annual earning potential
- Average 1st-year advisors earn $60,000–$100,000+
- Top performers earn $100,000–$800,000+ by years 2–3
