Are you experienced in providing guidance and assistance to others? Are you interested in helping others? Our company, Evergreen & Hillside Memorial Park, has been serving families for over 60 years. We have an excellent market based commission compensation plan based on personal sales paid weekly.
Duties
- Offer empathetic support to grieving families, helping them navigate their emotional journey with compassion and understanding
- Engage in sales activities by explaining and assisting families in selecting items that meet their needs
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of cemetery services and ensuring we meet the needs of the family members
- Maintain detailed records of family interactions, service plans, and follow-up communications to provide personalized ongoing support
Qualifications
- Prior experience or training in customer service
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to offer comfort and build trust with grieving families
- Excellent organizational skills to manage details accurately and precisely
- Sales experience
- Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to support families during difficult times
