Duties
- Ensures all records are complete and updated per agency policy
- Responsible for the development and implemetation of all personnel policies and procedures .
- Contact companion sitter clients every 3 months and conduct home visit every 6 months.
- Conduct 90-day supervisory visits for clients receiving in home aid services
- Conduct 90-day client record review per agency policy.
- Conduct client initial assessments.
- Develop Olan of Care
- Complete skills verifications for all in home caregivers
- Discharge clients and complete discharge summaries
- Provides supervision to the Office Manager
