About The Eastover Clinic
The Eastover Clinic is an independent direct pay dermatology practice opening in Charlotte's Eastover neighborhood in July 2026. Founded by Dr. Emily McLean, TEC is built around a simple belief: patients deserve unhurried, relationship-based care with a board certified dermatologist.
This is not a traditional front desk job. It's a high-trust, high-impact role for someone who wants to be genuinely central to how a boutique medical practice runs .
We operate as a lean, highly collaborative team. Every team member contributes meaningfully to the patient experience and to the growth of the practice. We are looking for someone who is kind, polished, and detail-oriented; reliable and proactive; a true team player, eager to cross-train and support; and excited by the opportunity to grow with a new and evolving practice. This is a unique opportunity to be part of something from the beginning and help shape its culture.
