Job Description
We are currently seeking a full time Cook. The cook prepares and provides food service to residents in a cost-effective, efficient manner to safely meet residents needs in compliance with federal, state and local requirements. The cook is required to prepare residents diets in accordance with diet orders and daily menus, assist the Dietary Manager to determine the amount and type of food necessary to prepare the daily menus, stock food in compliance with dietary policies and procedures, and maintain food service equipment and work spaces in a clean and safe condition at all times. Position Requirements
Ability to interact positively and professionally with residents, families, visitors and staff. Must follow oral and written instructions and have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Willingness to perform routine, repetitive tasks on a continuous basis. Must adhere to safety policies and procedures.
Educational Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
