Evans Farm is a Neighborhood of a Lifetime, an urban mixed-use development in the fastest-growing region in Ohio. This multi-phased development in Lewis Center features luxury apartments, retail, restaurants, and custom homes nestled within the award-winning Olentangy School District.
The Maintenance Technician will use their industry-related skills to maintain the community and provide exceptional service to our residents. This role focuses on completing resident work orders, preventative maintenance, and apartment turns while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Duties
- Complete resident work orders in a timely, professional, and efficient manner.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and general maintenance issues.
- Perform preventative maintenance throughout the community.
- Complete apartment turns, including repairs, make-ready maintenance, and quality inspections.
- Maintain community amenities, common areas, and building systems.
- Accurately document completed work orders and communicate effectively with residents and management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
- Participate in the on-call rotation as required.
Skills
- 1 Year multifamily maintenance experience preferred.
- HVAC certification and experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and repairs.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting.
- Skilled in carpentry, drywall repair, painting, caulking, trim work, and general maintenance.
- Experience with appliance repair and preventative maintenance preferred.
- Ability to complete apartment turns and prepare units for new residents.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and complete repairs efficiently.
- Customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
