About the Role
Supreme Crab & Seafood, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our marketing and customer service operations. This role is central to keeping our systems, records, and customer relationships running smoothly — from managing our CRM and pricing databases to coordinating paperwork and serving as the first point of contact for customer complaints and returns. What You'll Do
Customer & Sales Support
- Serve as a point of contact for general inquiries, routing qualified leads to the sales team
- Maintain up-to-date reference materials to support customer-facing teams
- Research and generate new business leads using online tools and resources
- Keep company information current within customer and partner platforms
Database & Systems Management
- Maintain and regularly clean up customer relationship management (CRM) records
- Set up and maintain product and item records within internal systems
- Maintain customer account and credit information
- Maintain pricing spreadsheets across internal systems
- Maintain spreadsheets for special opportunity items
Documentation & Records
- Keep product specification sheets and price lists current
- Maintain internal tracking spreadsheets and allocation records
- Maintain organized digital filing systems across departments
- Process and respond to documentation requests from vendors and partners
- Support the preparation and filing of shipping and trade-related paperwork
Logistics & Operations
- Track and manage sample shipments
- Review and reconcile shipping invoices
- Coordinate travel arrangements and event logistics
Other
- Coordinate seasonal or company-wide mailings and communications
What We're Looking For
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Comfort working across multiple software systems and databases (CRM, ERP/pricing systems, etc.)
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and coordinate across departments
- Prior experience in an administrative, customer service, or operations support role preferred
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) and Microsoft Excel is required
- Experience with CRM tools, lead-generation platforms, or ERP/pricing systems is a plus
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset along with a team oriented, customer-first attitude
Pay: From $20.43 per hour
