Full-Time Bookkeeper
Location: Destin, FL (In Person)
Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

For more than 27 years, we have provided comprehensive solutions including surveillance, field video retrieval, internet mining investigations, background checks, threat assessments, and a variety of other investigative and risk management services to clients nationwide.
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Full-Time Bookkeeper to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, professional environment and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and meeting deadlines.
Primary Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Processing vendor payments, including payments to contracted private investigators
- Processing company payroll
- Maintaining accurate financial records and bookkeeping functions
- Performing bank and credit card reconciliations
- Assisting with accounts payable and other accounting-related administrative tasks
- Supporting the Controller/Vice President of Finance with various accounting and finance projects
- Maintaining confidentiality of financial information
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Previous experience as a Bookkeeper, Accounting Assistant, or Junior Accountant
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
- A high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion
- Comfort working in a technology-driven business environment
Reporting Structure
This position reports directly to the Controller / Vice President of Finance.
