We are seeking an experienced pet professional to join our team! We strive to provide the best care for our clients and are constantly improving and learning to grow our skills. We practice positive reinforcement centered training. We are looking for an individual who wants growth and development in the realm of pet care.
This is a Part-time position and am looking for those with weekend and evening availability in addition to daytime availability.
Responsibilities:
Handle taking animals out for walks and bagging refuse.
Assist in training sessions.
Keep records of animal feedings, toileting, and general state.
Communicating and documenting sessions for owners.
Engage in play activities and exercise with the animals inside and outside.
Maintain a reliable form of transportation and dress appropriately for all climates.
Be punctual and manage time effectively and independently.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in animal care or other related fields.
Passion to help and treat animals.
Ability to interact with animals in a calm, non-threatening manner.
Desire to learn and develop skills in the pet care sphere.
Ability to operate independently in the field.
Ability to communicate effectively over text and speech.
Functional Smartphone Required.

Pay: $24.00 - $34.00 per hour
