Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be selling our product to our customers. Your sales expertise will help bridge the gap between customer requirements, our production capabilities and our logistics abilities.
Responsibilities.
- Work with our customers to get them accurate sales quotes, sales orders, communicate delivery times and connect with the invoicing and our accounting department.
- Support the sales team efforts by preparing documentation, quotes, sales orders and invoices that facilitate informed and informed purchasing decision for our customers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or pre-sales roles within technology or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong understanding of computer networking concepts. We primarily work in Microsoft and Sage (accounting software).
- Ability to access inventory using our systems plus strong communication skills to effectively communicate with production on limitations that might affect customer decision making.
- A commitment to the company Core Values with your relationships with our customers, your team and with our vendors.
- Math and computer skills
- Ability to read technical drawings similar to schematics.
- Understanding/reading of a calipers.
- Ability to read a tape measure.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
