Abode Properties is looking for a qualified candidate to fill our Property Management Office Assistant position. This role combines office administrative support with hands-on property tasks including assisting with tenant relations, conducting showings, move-out inspections, data entry, etc.
A Property Management Office Assistant will help with all aspects of the day-to-day operations of a property management company. We are looking for a detail-oriented person who is able to move between tasks with ease and a positive attitude to join our team. Excellent customer service skills are a must.
Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):
· Respond to All Forms of Communication in a Timely Manner
· Showing Properties
· Processing Rental Applications
· Monitor Compliance Systems
· Respond to All Forms of Communication in a Timely Manner
· Data Entry and Account Monitoring
· Assist in Coordinating Maintenance
· Utility Billing
· Advertising Available Properties
· Schedule Showings for Available Properties
· Schedule and Conduct Lease Signings and Renewals
· Conduct Lease Signings
· Collection of Outstanding Balances
· Preparing Units for New Residents
· Move Out Inspections
· Property Inspections
· Putting For Rent Signs in Yards
· Delivering Salt to Properties
· Errands
· Cleaning Out Garage, Basements, Units, Etc.
Requirements:

· Must Be Willing and Able to Work as a Team and Individually
· Ability to Lift and Move Items (up to 50 lbs)
· Travel: You must have a reliable vehicle, proof of insurance, and a valid driver's license. You will be required to travel between the locations of our properties (typically within 35-40 miles of Eau Claire)
· Background and Drug Test: You must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
