Build smart systems with your hands and your head
Do you like work that’s precise, challenging, and tangible—where you can point to a finished control panel and say “I built that”? Employee-wise we're a small company; in scope, capability, and impact, we are significant. We are a company that designs and builds custom industrial control panels, and we’re looking for a Wire Technician who enjoys complex systems, takes pride in precise and accurate workmanship, and wants flexibility without sacrificing meaningful work.
What You’ll Do
- Wire and assemble industrial control panels from electrical schematics and layouts
- Install components such as PLCs, VFDs, power supplies, relays, terminals, and network hardware
- Route, label, and terminate wiring with accuracy, consistency, and craftsmanship
- Troubleshoot wiring issues and collaborate with engineers and technicians to solve problems
- Contribute to continuous improvement of build methods, layouts, and documentation
This is not repetitive assembly-line work. Every panel is a little different, and many are complex—perfect if you like thinking through systems and solving puzzles as you build.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience wiring industrial control panels
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and panel layouts
- Strong attention to detail and pride in clean, organized work
- Comfort working independently while also collaborating with a small team
- Curiosity, problem-solving skills, and a desire to keep learning
Why You’ll Like Working Here
- Small company, real impact – your work is visible and valued
- Flexible culture – we care about quality work, not micromanagement
- Interesting, challenging builds – no cookie-cutter panels
- Direct communication – engineers, technicians, customers, and leadership work side by side
- Room to grow – expand your skills as systems and projects evolve
If you’re the kind of person who enjoys complex electrical work, values craftsmanship, and prefers a flexible, personable and supportive workplace, we’d love to talk. Please read our job description details below for more information about the responsibilties.
