Our clients in the Upper Marlboro, MD, area are currently seeking a skilled Forklift Operator – Cherry Picker to support their warehouse operations. This role involves operating cherry picker equipment to handle materials, performing precise inventory management using RF scanners, and assisting with furniture preparation and assembly tasks. The ideal candidate will bring a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and quality to every aspect of the job.
The Day-to-Day:
- Safely and efficiently operate Reach Trucks, Cherry Pickers, and Sit-Down Forklifts to handle, move, and store inventory.
- Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers with care and efficiency.
- Work closely with the warehouse team to assist in preparing, assembling, and inspecting furniture to meet quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid forklift/cherry picker certification.
- At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience operating Reach Trucks, Cherry Pickers, and Sit-Down Forklifts.
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices.
- Strong organizational abilities and reliability in completing tasks.
Compensation and Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 1st and 2nd Shifts are available
- Hourly pay range: $19.00
