We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team! The RBT will work directly with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role is essential in providing support to clients in achieving their behavioral goals while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintaining accurate medical documentation.
· Implement ABA therapy procedures as outlined in client BIPs, including discrete trial training (DTT), natural environment training (NET), pivotal response training (PRT), and other evidence-based interventions.
· Collect data accurately and consistently on client progress using various data collection methods (e.g., frequency, duration, latency).
· Maintain clear and concise documentation of client sessions in electronic formats.
· Communicate effectively with clients, families, supervisors, and other professionals involved in the client's care.
· Attend regular supervision meetings and participate in professional development opportunities.
· Build positive and therapeutic relationships with clients and their families.
· Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including ethical and safety guidelines.
· Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field (preferred)
· Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required (for RBT positions)
· Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities (preferred)
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and observational skills
· Strong organizational and time-management skills
· Passion for working with children and families
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required)
· Experience with electronic data collection systems (preferred)
· CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
