Job Summary
We are seeking a staffmember who will help us train and support our customers. This is a multi-faceted job that requires staffmembers to work closely with customers and with other staffmembers.
Responsibilities
- Initially, learn how Crown's customers' businesses operate and how Crown provides them tools and solutions for their businesses.
- Assist with customer training.
- Respond to customer support requests for technical or business-related help using Crown's software tools.
- Assist with troubleshooting new Crown poducts.
Requirements
- Be at ease working directly with customers of all levels of sophistication.
- Be collaborative.
- Be motivated and willing to show initiative learning in solving customer problems.
Desireable Skills
- Software/system troubleshooting experience: analyzing log files, reading telemetry
- Experience with Windows administration, Microsoft Azure environments, Application Insights
- Transportation industry experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $27.50 per hour
