Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team dedicated to improving the lives of children and individuals with developmental disabilities. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations for clients with autism spectrum disorders and other neurodevelopmental conditions
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, ensuring alignment with best practices in ABA
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data on client progress to inform treatment adjustments and ensure measurable outcomes
- Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians and staff to maintain high-quality service delivery
- Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate effective communication, training, and support for behavior management strategies
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, behavioral health records, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Lead intake assessments and participate in ongoing client evaluations to determine appropriate interventions and support plans
Requirements
- Valid certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities, particularly those with autism spectrum disorder or neurodevelopmental disorders
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles, behavioral psychological assessments, functional assessment techniques, and behavior intervention strategies
- Proven experience in data collection methods, behavioral health documentation, and medical terminology relevant to patient care
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations governing medical records and client confidentiality
- Experience working in home-based settings or school environments supporting children with disabilities
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction, team collaboration, and training family members or caregivers

Pay: $95.00 - $115.00 per hour
