Placers is seeking an outdoor custodian in the Newark, DE area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the appearance of several commercial properties. The job will be performed with a team of 2-3 others. Driving the company truck to each site will be required. Previous custodial experience is preferred. This role is with a family owned and operated business with great benefits and a steady schedule!

$15/hr + $500 sign on bonus
Full Time: Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the appearance of 11 commercial properties
- Travel to sites with the crew on a daily basis
- Clear the ground using a handheld blower and broom
- Remove all trash, debris, and miscellaneous items
- Empty trash cans and other containers
- Report property concerns to supervisor
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in trash removal or janitorial work
- Work in outdoor conditions (rain, snow, heat, etc.)
- Ability to stand, squat, and walk for long periods of time
- Successful completion of background check and drug screen
- Valid driver's license, with satisfactory driving record
