About The Position
We are seeking a creative and highly organized Graphic & Social Media Specialist with 3 to 5 years of experience in both graphic design and social media management to support the marketing efforts of a dynamic arts organization.
This role will assist with creating digital marketing assets, designing social media graphics, scheduling and managing content, and supporting campaigns for programs and events. The ideal candidate is a strong visual storyteller, works quickly and efficiently, and brings a positive, can-do attitude to every project.
While this is not a lead design or social media role, it offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with experienced marketing professionals, contribute ideas, and grow within a creative team environment.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in graphic design and social media
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience managing content across major social platforms
- Strong design skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Passion for arts and culture
- Positive, collaborative, and proactive mindset
