We are hiring Box Truck Drivers and Movers who are dependable, physically strong, and ready for a fast-paced work environment.
This is NOT a desk job — you’ll lift furniture, work outdoors in the Texas heat, and be on your feet all day.
Pay & Benefits
- Drivers: $22/hr | Movers: $17/hr
- Weekly direct deposit
- Tips from customers (top performers earn $500–$1,000+ per month)

What You’ll Do
- Safely lift and move furniture and household items (team lifting required)
- Load and unload 26-foot box trucks
- Protect customer homes and belongings
- Provide excellent customer service
- Work 8–12 hour physically active days outdoors
Requirements
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly
- Comfortable working in heat and physically demanding conditions
- Reliable transportation to work
- Strong attendance and punctuality
- Ability to speak, read, and write English
- Must pass background check & drug screen
Driver Requirements:
- 20+ years old
- 2+ years licensed driving experience
- No at-fault accidents in last 3 years
- No major violations or DUI
- No “B” restriction on license
