In this role, you will be a go-to resource for employees, providing day-to-day HR support, leading hourly recruiting, and driving engagement initiatives that make our workplace positive and productive. Support a broad range of HR functions including recruitment, compensation, benefits, training, compliance, and employee relations

Partner with hiring managers on recruiting efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates

Assist managers with job evaluations and organizational structure updates

Interpret HR policies and provide guidance to employees and leaders on workplace matters

Conduct employee relations activities, including investigations and exit interviews

Facilitate new hire orientations and support onboarding initiatives

Analyze HR data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations

Support and advise leaders on employee relations best practices

Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Provide guidance and support to junior HR team members as needed

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of HR laws, compliance, and best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proven ability to manage clerical and administrative responsibilities with high accuracy and efficiency.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced setting.

Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.

High attention to detail and accuracy in data management.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; intermediate PowerPoint and MS Office skills.
