We are seeking a dependable and organized FST Admin to support our service department and help ensure smooth daily operations. This position will play a key role in coordinating service activities, assisting field technicians, and providing excellent support to customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

- Experienced in office administration and supporting daily business operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of business operations and administrative processes.
- Responsible for coordinating daily service operations and supporting field technicians to ensure efficient, customer-focused service delivery.
- Reports to the General Manager and oversees administrative processes related to service scheduling, dispatch, work order management, and customer communication.
- Collaborates with service technicians, customers, and management to coordinate appointments, prioritize service requests, and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintains accurate service records, processes documentation, and supports office operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Implements and follows administrative processes that improve workflow efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and support the overall success of the service department while delivering exceptional customer service.
