We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. Schedule:
Part-Time - Saturday & Sunday
Responsibilities:
- Provides assistance to guests and serves as an information source during their stay.
- Promotes the resort's facilities and area attractions.
- Serves as a local information source for guests.
- Provides information about special events within the resort and the surrounding area.
- Answers all incoming calls to the guest service desk.
- Assists guests with various services such as: making dining reservations, ordering flowers, wine, or gift baskets, and providing directions.
- Assists guests with questions and concerns.
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Performs other duties as required.
Education/ Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Demands:
- Frequently sits, talks, and hears. Occasionally stands and walks. Regularly uses hands, reaches with arms and hands. Occasionally lifts up to 25 pounds.
