We are currently seeking a Retail Manager for Coffee Shop, Deli, & Retail Operations at our Margaritaville (Restaurant) located in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in retail operations in a resort-type atmosphere.
The Retail Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day affairs of our retail operations, including branded merchandise and perishable and non-perishable food products and beverages.
Candidates must possess the following qualifications & skills:
- At least 4 years experience in the food & beverage or retail industries
- Knowledgeable of POS Systems & relevant software
- Prepare daily reports
- Inventory Management
- Vendor Relations
- Warehouse Operations
- Guest Services
- Proficient in MS Suite (Especially Excel)
- Merchandising
- Management of a staff of 10+ employees
College degree preferred.
Previous experience in the USVI/Caribbean preferred.
