The Client Operations Associate is a utility player—someone who supports client service teams, keeps the operation running smoothly, and learns the business from the inside out.

Townley Kenton pays for and requires team members in this role to obtain their Georgia Property & Casualty insurance license, opening the door to rapid learning, increased responsibility, and long-term career growth.
What You’ll Do
- Support client service teams with administrative and operational tasks
- Handle incoming calls, payments, endorsements, and service requests
- Process mail, documents, and data within our agency management system
- Assist with renewals, policy changes, and client communications
- Follow defined workflows while learning why they exist
- Set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals
- Take on increasing responsibility as skills and confidence grow
What We’re Looking For
- Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable learning new systems and technology
- Curious, proactive, and willing to ask questions
- Calm under pressure and eager to improve
- Administrative or office experience is helpful—but not required
- Business, communications, or related degree is a plus

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
