Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support the dental front desk staff

Optimize schedules to meet daily productivity goals

Ensure exceptional service from check-in to checkout

Monitor insurance, payments, and patient balances
-
Train new hires and coach team performance
-
Collaborate across departments to enhance workflows
-
Drive patient retention and satisfaction
Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of dental experience

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
-
Bilingual in Spanish? That’s a big plus!

Strong leadership and communication skills

Dental knowledge (treatments, insurance, EMR)

Problem-solving mindset and multitasking ability
