Shift Requirements:
We operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Weekend and holiday ("howl-iday") shifts are required on a rotating basis.
- 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Please note: This is a permanent, full-time, year-round career opportunity. We are not looking for temporary summer help or seasonal college/high school students.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Play: Monitor dog behavior and group play across all breeds, sizes, and energy levels.
- Engage: Actively interact with packs to keep them happy, safe, and stimulated.
- Communicate: Work closely and communicate clearly with Shift Supervisors and team members.
- Maintain the Facility: Deep clean and maintain play areas and facility continuously throughout the shift (+)
Job Requirements:
- Attentiveness: Exceptional focus and a high level of situational awareness.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours a day and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Professionalism: A polite, professional attitude when interacting with clients, team members and Supervisors .
- Logistics: Reliable personal transportation (your own vehicle) and a working cell phone.
- Flexibility: Availability to work rotating weekends and holidays.
