Overview:
The new Magnolia Grove features two renovated golf courses. Each championship course received extensive upgrades in recent years. Golfers will find more "player friendly" qualities without compromising the integrity of Robert Trent Jones' original design.
Magnolia Grove was recently named one of the "Top 50 Public Courses" by Golf World Magazine readers. The Crossings and Falls courses are also listed in Golf Digest's "Places to Play" as two of the nation's Great Value courses and as "America's Top 50 Affordable Courses."
The topography at Magnolia Grove features creeks, marshland, and lakes with each of the 54 holes carved through indigenous hardwood and pine.

- Able to operate utility carts, sand raking machines, weed eaters, stick edgers, and backpack blowers, shovels/hand tools, as well as the ability to learn the operation of basic mowing equipment effectively and safely.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow directions.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
Essential Responsibilities:
The essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Operates a variety of mowing equipment in differing conditions and terrain.
- Performs bunker maintenance; rakes and moves sand, edges, and pulls weeds.
- Ensures that all areas around trees, bunkers, cart paths, signs and other golf course features are maintained as directed by their supervisor.
- Assists with the installation and maintenance of plant materials as well as other duties associated with landscape maintenance.
- Assists with the repair and maintenance of the irrigation system including but not limited to edging sprinkler heads and valve boxes.
- Performs golf course set up; cup cutting, tee marker set up and cleanup, divot filling, ball mark repair, trash and debris removal, and golf ball washer maintenance.
- Cleans, fuels, and stores equipment after each use. Reports equipment issues promptly to the appropriate supervisor.
- Possesses an understanding of the safe operation of equipment to achieve desired results and limit downtime.
- Complies with golf course etiquette rules.
- Possesses an understanding of the importance of safety and maintaining a safe working environment by adhering to Sunbelt Golf’s Safety Program.
· Willing to assist in other areas of golf course maintenance.
