We’re a tight-knit, globally distributed team of about 50 people who genuinely care about our customers and each other. As we scale into the category-leading NetSuite partner for Life Sciences and other regulated industries, we’re looking for a driven seller to help us grow.
The Role
The Account Executive is a quota-carrying sales role responsible for generating new business revenue through the sale of NetSuite ERP solutions and BSP’s proprietary vertical bundles. You’ll manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through close, acting as a key liaison between potential clients, NetSuite, and BSP’s internal solution teams. This role requires a consultative approach, strong industry curiosity, and the ability to align complex business needs with BSP’s tailored NetSuite offerings.
This role is central to BSP’s continued growth across target verticals including Life Sciences, Firearms/FFL, PE/Portfolio Companies, appliance retail, restaurant supply, distribution, manufacturing, and e-commerce.
What You’ll Do
Sales & Pipeline Management
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to drive net-new pipeline growth in assigned verticals or territories.
- Manage all stages of the sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, discovery, demo coordination, proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and solution consultants to tailor demonstrations and solution scopes to each client’s needs.
- Track pipeline, forecast revenue, and maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce, NetSuite CRM).
Client Engagement & Needs Assessment
- Conduct needs assessments to identify operational and financial pain points and position BSP’s NetSuite bundles (Life Sciences, Retail Appliance, ISG/ISSA, Restaurant Supply, FFL) as value-driven solutions.
- Qualify deal fit and escalate appropriately when client needs fall outside BSP’s scope.
- Ensure clear documentation and communication of customer requirements during handoff to delivery teams.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Partner with marketing on lead generation campaigns, events, and vertical-specific content targeting.
- Work cross-functionally with consulting, implementation, development, and finance to ensure smooth client onboarding and scope alignment.
- Engage NetSuite and other strategic partners to identify co-selling opportunities and leverage market programs.
Market Awareness & Industry Expertise
- Stay informed on the NetSuite product roadmap, industry best practices, and the competitive ERP landscape.
- Maintain working knowledge of assigned vertical industries and tailor messaging and positioning accordingly.
- Represent BSP at trade shows, industry conferences, webinars, and client events as a subject-matter representative.
What You Bring
Required
- 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, ERP, or professional services.
- Knowledge of BSP’s NetSuite bundles or the vertical needs they address; ability to understand and communicate solution concepts effectively.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a proven ability to build client trust.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, accountable, and able to operate independently in a consultative sales environment.
- Value-based, consultative selling judgment with the ability to qualify deal fit and escalate when misaligned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred
- Experience selling NetSuite or a similar ERP (e.g., SAP Business One, Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Familiarity with mid-market client operations in manufacturing, distribution, retail, or e-commerce.
- Prior experience working within the Oracle NetSuite Partner ecosystem.
- Familiarity with Life Sciences or other regulated verticals.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
