Salary: $53,000–$64,000 annually (based on experience and credentials)

Our therapists maintain a manageable primary caseload of approximately 8–9 clients, allowing time to provide individualized, quality care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
What You’ll Do
- Provide weekly individual therapy to a caseload of approximately 8–9 clients
- Facilitate 7–9 hours of group therapy each week
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments and treatment plans
- Maintain weekly communication with clients’ family members
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team
- Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner

Qualifications
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a behavioral health-related field
- One year of experience in substance use or behavioral health treatment
Licensure (preferred or eligible):
- LCAS
- LCAS-A
- LCSW
- LCSW-A
- CADC
