Our company is seeking an experienced individual to help run our landscaping services division and work along with landscape crews – someone who is safety-conscious and caring, with significant experience in organizing and directing the work of crew members. This individual must be a good communicator and work well with others, as they will be directly be involved in the projects, working alongside the crew members. Experience with varied aspects of landscaping and hardscape is important, as this individual will effectively work as liaison between our customers and leading the crew to great project completions.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Maintain a neat work environment to ensure safety for all individuals in the project area.
- Ensure all workers are performing their jobs properly and utilizing required safety equipment.
- Prepare, direct, coordinate and supervise activities of workers at assigned locations.
- Perform frequent inspections to ensure work is being done according to company standards.
- Report dangerous conditions, accidents and injuries to supervisor immediately.
- Ensure project area and all project materials, tools and equipment are secured at shift-end.
- Capable of lifting 50 pounds repetitively and perform physical labor for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Must have the ability to achieve, obtain and maintain a DOT health card.
Job Type: Full-time Wage: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour (to start, depending on experience)
Job Schedule: Monday to Friday / Day Shifts (8 to 10 hours); some weekend availability

Experience: Landscaping / Hardscape: 2 years (Reguired)
Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
License/Certification: Minnesota Driver’s License (Required)
Work Location: In person, Twin Cities & Suburbs
Ability to commute/relocate: Must have reliable transportation to our Rosemount, MN shop (Required)
