We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Valid alcohol serving permit/certification (required).
- Previous serving experience.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
- Strong communication and professionalism with guests and team.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding menu items.
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set for new guests.
- Buss tables and assist with kitchen duties as needed to maintain cleanliness.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Uphold food handling safety standards at all times.
