This position requires a high school diploma, strong communication skills, teaching experience, and experience working with ESE students. You must pass a Level 2 background check, be professional and Christian, and provide exceptional service to our students. Some of the job responsibilities are:
- Help ESE and struggling students with assignments and in-school small group and one-on-one sessions.
- Provide parent written and verbal communications about accommodations and learning goals.
- Teach and play games to enable their engaged learning.
- Assist with reading, writing, and implementing IEPs and 504 Plans.
- Create an atmosphere for learning, fun, and meet all student accommodations.
- Offer assistance in the main office and classrooms, as needed.
- Hours are 7:20 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., Monday-Friday, with some extended hours and evening hours for events. Travel may be included in this position for paid training.
