We're hiring a dependable and experienced Crew Leader to oversee a small team delivering high-quality commercial landscape maintenance. This is a year-round role with seasonal snow support in winter months.
What You'll Do
Lead and motivate a crew of 2
- -3 team members on job sites
- Perform and oversee mowing, edging, trimming, and cleanup tasks
- Operate trucks, mowers, trimmers, and other landscape tools
- Ensure job quality, safety compliance, and timely completion
- Report crew hours, complete daily paperwork, and track materials
- Train new crew members and support field onboarding
- Assist with snow removal during winter season
What You Bring
- 2+ years of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience
- Prior crew lead or supervisory experience (preferred)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Reliable attendance and commitment to safety
