Requirements:
- 2 years or more residential appliance service and repair experience, sealed system experience a plus. NOTE: Experience is mandatory as is a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- High school or trade school graduate or equivalent
- Valid unrestricted driver’s license and clean driving record
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair appliances in customer’s homes using modern test equipment, tools, and parts and following established risk management and safety protocols
- Professionally and courteously communicate with company and customers
- Perform company related tasks, parts lookups, installation research, and continuing education and training on company provided cell phone or tablet.
