Bonanza Pipe and Steel is seeking a motivated Front Office Sales Representative to join our fast-paced team. If you're organized, customer-focused, and ready to take on a high-volume sales environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries and walk-in or phone orders
- Handle high-volume inbound sales calls
- Maintain accurate sales and customer records
- Follow sales and invoicing protocols
- Manage and update company social media platforms
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience in sales and/or customer service
- Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the steel industry is a plus, but not required
