JOB DUTIES:

Participate in end-to-end product life cycle development.

Understand business requirements, propose solutions and create detailed functional documents.

Work with product owners and engineering teams to drive and deliver projects on time.

Provide developers & QA teams with specifications and requirements to be developed and act as a subject matter expert in functional and technical domain ofthe project.

Perform functional analysis of new products and services for core business units and develop detailed functional specifications.

Liaise with business stakeholders, technical teams, and senior management by providing clear recommendations, options and alternatives.

Develop user stories and end user test case scenarios.

Perform intensive user acceptance testing (UAT) on applications prior to launch to identify any potential gaps in functionality and usability.

Work closely with the development teams and architects to resolve the gaps and enhance customer experience on the digital platforms.
JOB REQUIREMENT: Required Bachelor’s degree or its foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering (Any) or related field.
