Facility and Fleet Worker (Part-Time, Hourly)
Reports to: Facility and Fleet Manager
Aptiv is a nonprofit, mission-driven organization supporting people with disabilities. We’re seeking a reliable, hands-on Facility and Fleet Worker to help keep our buildings, grounds, vehicles, and equipment safe, clean, and well maintained.
What You’ll Do

Perform general facility and grounds work (cleaning, landscaping, snow removal, basic repairs)

Assist with vehicle upkeep and scheduled maintenance

Respond to maintenance requests and daily operational needs

Maintain tools, supplies, and equipment

Follow safety guidelines and supervisor direction

Other duties as assigned

Dependable and able to follow directions

Comfortable using basic tools and small equipment

Works well with coworkers and supervisors
Nice to Have

High school diploma or equivalent

Maintenance, facilities, or vehicle experience

Skills in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or vehicle repair
Schedule & Work Environment

Part-time, hourly

Work may be indoors, outdoors, or in community locations

Regular travel between locations using a company or personal vehicle
