Compensation:
$120,000 – $150,000 yearly DOE + Bonus Opportunities
Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a team of dedicated caregivers, ensuring they deliver exceptional care and support to clients.
Oversee the clinical operations of private duty home care and licensed residential care homes, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Collaborate with families and referral partners to create personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
Foster a culture of accountability and consistency, encouraging team members to take ownership of their roles and responsibilities.
Provide mentorship and guidance to caregivers, supporting their professional development and enhancing their clinical skills.
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards, keeping our practices aligned with industry best practices.
Monitor and evaluate client care outcomes, using data-driven insights to continuously improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
