Overview
We’re looking for a motivated Apprentice Carpenter to join our residential construction and renovation team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow under experienced supervision.
Duties
- Assist with carpentry tasks including framing, exterior carpentry, and finish work
- Support the project lead and work alongside subcontractors to keep jobs moving smoothly
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on carpentry or construction experience
- Must own basic hand tools: saw, levels, cordless drill, and impact driver
- Must have reliable transportation (truck required)
- Ability to read blueprints is a plus
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and ability to work well on a team
- Commitment to safety practices on the job site
- Fluent English Speaker
Bonus Skills
- Experience with concrete forming or masonry
- Familiarity with BuilderTrend software
