Position Highlights
Freight Type: 100% Drop & Hook – No-Touch Freight
Operating Area: Within a 150-mile radius of Siloam Springs
Sign-On Bonus: $1,500–$2,500
Cell Phone Allowance: $50 per month
Starting pay $24.50
Shift Options
Night Shift:
6:00 PM – 6:00 AM CST
Monday – Friday, with 1–2 Saturdays per month depending on brokerage freight needs
Job Type: Full-Time
License Required: Valid Class A CDL
Experience Required: 12 months of CDL-A driving experience
Home Time: Daily
What You’ll Do
Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle on dedicated local routes
Complete drop-and-hook runs only — no-touch freight
Work closely with dispatch and customers to ensure on-time deliveries
Follow all DOT and company safety regulations
Maintain professionalism with customers, team members, and dispatch

Qualifications
Valid Class A CDL required
Minimum 12 months of CDL-A driving experience
Must be available to work 44+ hours per week, with overtime as needed
Must complete Propak’s certification process
Must be registered with the FMCSA Clearinghouse
Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and on-time performance
